We had a great workout in the gym today...and we did not use any weights. It was so much fun!
Stair runs
100 walking lunges
100 squats
3 sets of Bulgarian squats (1 person is doing a wall chair, holding the other person's back foot and the other person is doing the movement; if you do not have a partner, just put your back foot on a bench BUT still do your wall chairs!)
3 sets of Curtsy step-ups
3 sets of calf raises
You should definitely have a good sweat by now. If you don't, make sure to push it a little harder next time. :)
