My husband gave me the workout this morning, and I always love it when he puts together workouts for me. It's always tough training, but I always enjoy it and it's so worth it! It was all intervals, 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 30 minutes. It was a full body workout, combining lower body, upper body, abs and some cardio/explosive movements. Here are some examples of what we did:
Pop Squats
Push Ups
Bicycle Cross Crunches
Lunges
Curl and Press
Sit Ups
And...I will be playing tennis later tonight!

It never ceases to amaze me how you can be my daughter.......EXERCISE and FUN should not be in the same sentence!!!!! LOL :) Glad it makes you happy, tho!!
