Put 2 tbsp of PB2 in a small bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of water in the bowl.
Add a tsp of chocolate protein powder and mix. If it's too watery for your liking, continue to add another tsp until it's to your desired consistency.
Last night, I tried freezing this for about 10 minutes. Mmmmmm....it was tasty! It turned into a mousse-like consistency.
