All you need to have is a banana (or more if you're hungry), a knife and a plate you don't mind freezing. Unpeel it, slice it, put it in the freezer and BAM...wait for the yumminess.

I like to slice the bananas really thin so they are ready faster.
Just another view...I prefer using plastic containers as it seems like the bananas come off easier to eat. I don't want anything left behind.
