1. I love my Pandora. I picked 6 exercises, and did 1 exercise per song. I didn't even count the reps, but I'm sure I did 100 reps on some exercises. Man was I sore for days after this...it was so different for me! Don't forget to warm up before, and do some stretching after.
2. Video intervals. I may have shared this before, but I really enjoy it. The French Open was on, so I would jog at a higher than normal speed for a few minutes during a video, hop to the sides when it was done, pick a new video and jog again. I think time really flies when you watch something really good. Before I knew it, I had done 20 minutes and I felt great!
