I had an AWESOME post-workout meal today, and I wanted to share. 2/3c oats, 1/2 med apple, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein. YUM!
Now I know this isn't a big deviation from what I typically have in the mornings, either pre-workout, post-workout or both. But I love being creative and trying new flavors. I used to buy the pre-mixed oatmeal packs at the grocery, but making it yourself is much cheaper and healthier.
On another note, I have been feeling really good these past few days and DietBet is going GREAT! I have kicked my workouts up with the intensity and duration. I'm back to doing some 2 a days, but I am not going to go crazy if I don't get my two workouts in every single day. I have some fun things to do the next few nights...I still want to enjoy life!
