WOW...it's been almost 2 months since I last wrote. Seriously, time really does fly when you are having fun! I have finally been able to take a breather, but I've been really busy with many different projects and for the first time in my life, I really love my job(s)!

Need More Motivation?

Don't Overthink A "Diet"
There is so much information about diets and nutrition...what to eat, when to eat, etc. It gets very overwhelming because you don't really know who or what to believe. I am not a nutritionist, but I say keep it simple and as unprocessed as possible. Personally, I don't count calories anymore because I was getting too anal about it....

Tennis and My Thoughts

Rought Night Sleep...But Another Outdoor Workout!
I did not sleep too well last night, but I wanted to make sure that I still got my workout in. I have learned that if I don't get it done in the mornings, it usually won't get done. Bikram Yoga Groupon
I signed up for a Bikram Yoga Groupon tonight. Very excited to use it. I have done Bikram before, but I stopped going because I got bored with the monotony of it...I need more variety in my workouts. I LOVED the sweat part of it though.
